Data Deletion Instructions

Customers may request deletion of personal information associated with Elise Technology website, email, or Facebook Messenger chatbot inquiries.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@elise.co.th with the subject Data Deletion Request. Please include the contact name, phone number, email address, and Facebook Page conversation name or Messenger profile name if applicable.

What we delete

• Conversation state related to the chatbot inquiry.
• Lead details collected for solar consultation.
• Customer-provided bill or meter information where it is still stored by our systems.

Processing time

We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying that the request relates to the correct customer record. Some information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
