This Privacy Policy explains how บริษัท อีลีสส์ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (Elise Technology Co., Ltd.) uses information received through our website, contact channels, and Facebook Messenger chatbot for solar installation inquiries.
Information we collect
- Contact information such as name, phone number, email, and installation province.
- Messages customers send to our website, email, or Facebook Page.
- Images customers choose to send, such as electricity bills or meter photos.
- Solar inquiry details such as monthly electricity bill, meter phase, meter size, and electricity usage pattern.
- Facebook Messenger page-scoped user ID and public profile name provided by Meta when customers message our Page.
- Website analytics events such as pages viewed, approximate device information, referral source, and clicks on contact buttons. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, bill images, or bill details as analytics event parameters.
How we use information
- To respond to customer inquiries and arrange sales follow-up.
- To understand solar installation requirements before proposing system options.
- To operate and improve our customer support and chatbot workflows.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot operational issues.
Service providers
We may use AWS to host our systems, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to receive and store website lead-form submissions, OpenAI services to process customer-provided text or images, Meta Messenger to receive and reply to Page messages, and Telegram to notify Elise Technology staff when a lead is ready for follow-up. We may also use Google Tag Manager and measurement services configured by our approved advertising provider to understand website use and measure advertising performance.
Website analytics and cookies
Analytics and advertising services may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure page visits, interactions, campaign attribution, and advertising performance. Website events must not contain a visitor's name, phone number, email address, bill information, meter identifier, or free text. Visitors can restrict or delete cookies through their browser or device settings.
Data sharing
We do not sell customer information. We only share information with service providers needed to operate our systems and with Elise Technology staff responsible for customer support and sales.
Data retention and deletion
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for customer support, sales follow-up, security, and operational troubleshooting. Customers may request deletion by contacting us.
