- Images customers choose to send, such as electricity bills or meter photos.
- Solar inquiry details such as monthly electricity bill, meter phase, meter size, and electricity usage pattern.
- Facebook Messenger page-scoped user ID and public profile name provided by Meta when customers message our Page.
How we use information
- To respond to customer inquiries and arrange sales follow-up.
- To understand solar installation requirements before proposing system options.
- To operate and improve our customer support and chatbot workflows.

Service providers
We may use AWS to host our systems, OpenAI services to process customer-provided text or images, Meta Messenger to receive and reply to Page messages, and Telegram to notify Elise Technology staff when a lead is ready for follow-up.

Data retention and deletion
